RadNet Enters Joint Venture with Dignity Health in California
RadNet is proud to announce their new Joint Venture with St. John’s Regional Imaging & Radiology Center in Oxnard. The venture expands RadNet’s commitment to providing high-quality imaging services to the communities of the Gold Coast, and to the future of healthcare. The Dignity Health Joint Venture will be located in its Oxnard location, as well as in 3 current RadNet sites, in Oxnard, Camarillo and Ventura.
The Dignity Health relationship is not new to RadNet, the first Joint Venture agreement commencing in 2016 with Dignity Health - Glendale Memorial Hospital. This arrangement formed the sites Imaging Specialists of Glendale (ISG) and The Marcia Ray Breastlink Women’s Imaging Center. Both locations offer state-of-the-art technology and subspecialty trained radiologists. Both sites have also continued to thrive.
RadNet has been a fixture in Ventura County for the last ten years with the Rolling Oaks Radiology sites, located in Thousand Oaks, Westlake, Camarillo, Oxnard, Simi Valley and Ventura. These locations provide everything from MRI and CT exams to nuclear medicine, x-ray’s and diagnostic radiology. The advanced imaging centers are continually being enhanced and improved to better serve their patients and all locations utilize the most advanced clinical expertise.
