
Dr. Heather Moreno is a highly experienced, fellowship trained in Body/ PET/CT and Breast board-certified radiologist. Her fellowship training in Women’s Imaging and Abdominal Cross Sectional Imaging/PET/CT was at the University of California, San Francisco.
With core interests in both breast imaging and PET/CT, Dr. Moreno’s experience is extensive. Her previous position with a subspecialty radiology practice provided all aspects of women’s imaging in a hospital and out-patient setting. She has actively participated in multidisciplinary tumor boards dedicated to breast, chest and genitourinary tumors.
Dr. Moreno has served on several boards and committees throughout her career including the Huntington Hospital Cancer Committee (Pasadena, CA), the Strategic Radiology Advocacy Committee and on the Pasadena Ronald McDonald House Development Committee. This level of commitment demonstrates her dedication to quality patientcentered care.
Dr. Moreno takes great pride in being an integral member of a patient’s medical team. Her favorite role as a radiologist is to assist clinicians in solving complicated questions.
