Changes for United Healthcare Oxford/eviCore Healthcare Network Patients

We are committed to providing the highest- quality care.

Hudson Valley Radiology Associates has, for many years, operated as an in-network provider for United Healthcare (UHC) Oxford/eviCore Healthcare Network plan participants. While industry operating expenses have increased each year, our rates with UHC have remained unchanged for six years. We could no longer postpone an adjustment.

We sought a new, multi-year, sustainable reimbursement schedule with UHC, so that we could continue to deliver the highest-quality imaging services. This rate correction is necessary for us to deliver the level of care you deserve.

After many months of negotiation, we have not reached an agreement with UHC on a rate correction. Therefore, with great disappointment, Hudson Valey Radiology Associates will become an out-of- network provider starting December 31, 2024. We will continue to try to reach a resolution with UHC.

We have provided trusted radiology care for 36 years and remain committed to your health.
