LHR Harlem is Harlem’s newest imaging center located on 125th Street, also known as Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Find us at 215 West 125th St. between Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd. and Frederick Douglass Blvd. two doors down from Harlem’s World-Famous Apollo Theater.

Imaging services at this location include MRI (3T Wide-Open), Low-dose CT, 3D Mammography, Prostate MRI, Ultrasound, and X-ray.

We’re conveniently located in the same building asEmblemHealth Neighborhood Care Harlem and AdvantageCare Physicians -Harlem Medical Office.

Whether travelling from the Bronx, or within Manhattan, our imaging center is close to many public transportation options. We’re a block away from MTA Subway 2 & 3 trains at125 Street Station,1.5 blocks from the A, B, C, & D trains at125 St. station, and close proximity to many bus lines serving Harlem, including M125, M101, M2, and M10.

If traveling by car, the entrance toPropark Mobility parking garage is located on the rear of our building, on West 126th Street.
