Only a six-minute drive from Plainview hospital, our Lenox Hill Radiology location in Plainview (formerly Medical Arts Radiology) is centrally located on Long Island in the Manetto Hill Shopping Center. At this location, we provide 3T Wide-Open MRI, MRI with Sedation, PET/CT and CT scans, DEXA | Bone Density, Biopsies, Lung Cancer Screening, 3D Mammograms and CT Cardiac Calcium Scoring. We also offer Fluoroscopies, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasounds and X-rays.
Lenox Hill Radiology | Plainview Radiology has been named a Designated Comprehensive Breast Imaging Center by the American College of Radiology (ACR). This status recognizes breast imaging centers that have earned accreditation in all of the College’s voluntary, breast-imaging accreditation programs and modules, in addition to the mandatory Mammography Accreditation Program.
The breast imaging services at our Plainview location are fully accredited in mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, breast ultrasound and ultrasound-guided breast biopsy. Peer review evaluations, conducted in each breast imaging modality by board-certified physicians and medical physicists who are experts in the field, have determined that this facility has achieved high practice standards in image quality, personnel qualifications, facility equipment, quality control procedures and quality assurance programs.
