June is National Men's Health Month!
Did you know that more than half of men said their health was not something they talk about? Throughout June we have decided to talk about it!
Here are some of the actions you can take that will move you towards leading a healthy lifestyle.

Refrain from smoking

Limit alcohol intake.

Limit sunlight exposure.

Eat low-fat, high-fiber diet.

Limit foods that are smoked, salted, pickled, or high in nitrates.

Aim for 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise per week.

Get screened regularly.
Early detection is the best protection. Visiting your doctor on a regular basis, having your annual screenings exams, and living a healthier lifestyle are just a few ways you can be in control of your health.
