From scheduling your exam, to checking in for an appointment, we are always focused on providing you with the best service possible.
The following are several resources that you might find helpful in enhancing your service experience with us.
PreCheck
Allows the registration process to occur prior to your arrival at our center. PreCheck will vary by patient depending on the information that we have on file for you. Please know that we have created a secure system of exchanging information the ensures we are keeping your personal information private. We’ll walk you through the process via text or over the phone.
Virtual Check-In
Prior to your appointment, you should receive a text message from us. Upon arrival at our center, text (or call if you prefer) the number that texted you ahead of time. If you didn’t receive a text, we have the number on display outside of our center.
Get Your Results
Use our online Connect Patient Portal to access your exam results and images. We will provide you with an access code that can be used to quickly navigate within our portal to your recent exam, or you can set up a portal account to have access to your complete exam history.
Leave a Review
30 minutes after your visit to our center, you will receive a text asking you to rate our service via Facebook or Google. We ask that you provide feedback on your overall service experience.
